To be honest, I neglected the significance of stretching until approximately two years ago. Daily headaches resulting from prolonged desk work were becoming a norm. Despite regular visits to a physiotherapist and chiropractor, the treatments seemed more like temporary relief rather than addressing the root cause. It was then that I adopted a daily stretching routine, primarily focusing on my hamstrings, glutes, and hip flexors—areas that demanded attention. Remarkably, within a few days, I experienced a transformative shift. The persistent headaches vanished, encouraging me to persist with my daily stretching regimen.
